Interior design and procurement support
Interior Design brings layouts, materials, lighting and furnishings together around how you use your space. Procurement support can include product selection, sourcing and coordination of purchasing and delivery, as agreed in your proposal.
Appoint J.LEO for Interior Design on its own, or combine it with Planning & Technical and Construction through Design & Build. We agree the rooms, deliverables, budget and responsibilities at the outset.

What does procurement support mean?
It is help with selecting and sourcing agreed products. Purchasing, delivery and any coordination responsibilities are set out in your proposal.
How does Interior Design fit within Design & Build?
Design & Build combines Planning & Technical, Interior Design and Construction within an agreed appointment. Interior design support is included within the agreed scope of J.LEO building works; product purchases and additional services are agreed separately.
Are product purchases included?
Furniture, fittings and materials are included only where the written scope expressly allows for them. We confirm proposed specifications, costs and purchasing responsibilities before orders are placed.
