Design & Build is our integrated service, combining Planning & Technical, Interior Design and Construction within an agreed project scope. We bring design decisions and delivery together, from your initial brief through to handover.
You can also appoint each specialist service separately. If you already have drawings and need building work, our Construction service can start with a review of the design and information available.

Yes. Our Construction service is available separately. Send your drawings and project details so we can review the specification, information and building scope.
What kinds of work do you undertake?
We discuss extensions, loft conversions, renovations and home improvements, as well as wider Design & Build projects.
How do you agree the project cost?
We review the property, drawings and specification before setting out the proposed scope and price. Changes are discussed separately.
Do I have to use the complete service?
No. Planning & Technical, Interior Design and Construction are available separately. Design & Build combines the services your project needs within an agreed scope.
How we work with you

03 · Prepare and build
Agree the specification and programme, then coordinate construction and specialist trades.
04 · Complete and hand over
Review the finished work and outstanding items, then hand over the completed space.
